Mission impossible complete!!
TODAY I JOGGED FOR TWO HOURS STRAIGHT. Of course with occasional stops here and there.
My route: 1.Jog up Mount Faber. Its the toughest part. Some parts of the slope is quite steep and its like my jogging=walking!
2. Go to Henderson Waves via the long route. The other time I went via the short route and it was 300m. The long route is 700m!!So far apart!!So anyway I did the 700m!!
3. Run across the bridge.It was slightly raining and there was thunder, and the bridge is quite open-spaced. So I ran there as it was my destination point.
4. Walk back but this time I took the short route as it was raining.
At first, I wanted to continue from the bridge to Hortpark, but most of it was unsheltered, so I rather not go.
Wonder if my legs will ache tomorrow?
